Google Makes HTML5 Ad Banner Easy with its Designer App
Google Makes HTML5 Ad Banner Creation Easy
HTML5 Ad: Google Web Designer, the new search engine application makes it easy to create html5 banner ads. Set up for Chrome, this feature seems to sign the death sentence of Flash. It also democratizes the creation of html5 banner within the reach of a greater number of owners of websites.
Create HTML5 Banner Ads without Having to use Code
Google makes it easy to create HTML5 banner ads on Chrome. The Google Web Designer app, also called Google Ad Designer, can be used on Mac and PC. This html5 ad production tool has just been published in beta. Moreover, we can benefit from it for free. This application is a boon for potential web designers.
This Google web designer tool’s main goal is to allow the production of animated html5 ad banners like those proposed in Flash. However, the creations are done using new standardized technologies CSS3 and HTML5. Google has also claimed that the application allows developing Rich Media ads on any platform. Also, we can use AdMob, DoubleClick Studio, or the generic option to send it on all networks.
Basically, the application allows the production of HTML5 advertising for all! As this is a beta, Chromebooks and Linux are not yet targeted. The Mountain View firm has not yet released the release date of the final version of Google Web Designer.
However, everyone can test and learn about the capabilities of the product, through animations published on the present site. Also, Google has noted that all the animations on the website were made through this application. Great marketing strategy, is not it?
An Easy to Handle Interface
Google Web Designer has the drawing, animation, and, of course, 3D effects. This application also has a code editor. Currently, the potential uses of the tool are focused on creating html5 banner ads. The software interface is easy to handle; even beginners in this area will find their way easily.
To the left of the platform is a “Tools Panel”; at the top, we find a “Tool Options Panel”; at the bottom of the interface is positioned the “Timeline”; on the right are the various colors and tabs for CSS events, components, and properties.
Google Web Designer App
The realization of HTML5 ads will not require the use of Flash. Google’s Web Designer is a new competitor to Adobe’s Edge Animation programs and Apple’s iPad Producer. The tool has graphic designing features but also allows more precise editing, allowing access to the code at any time. One of the biggest assets of the software is its help center, teeming with demo videos and explanations.
Several Internet users and web designers are seeing the arrival of this tool as a big threat for Flash. However, nothing says that Google will manage to emerge with this new product. For now, the beta version provides access to the main features. We understand then that the final version will allow access to even more advanced properties.
