This includes days of tumbling and special machines which helped give the glasses their smooth rounded edges. Then every pair of sunglasses is finally inspected and stamped with the company logo. Finally the frames are sent to the lens lab, where lenses are cut to your prescription and nicely fitted. A huge amount of work goes into each pair of sunglasses.
